For the try-outs of the LSR injection moulds we have set up our own injection moulding laboratory with special equipment. This allows us to deliver production ready tested LSR moulds. This way your production capacities are not occupied for try-outs or even trouble-shooting of injection moulds.

We further offer the production of prototypes. For the kick off of your LSR- part we can produce pre- , zero- or testing- series to shorten your lead times.

On this plant we do contineously run research with test assemblies and prototyp moulds to develop and improve our LSR mould- and cold runner technology.
